Rolf, Goo and Octo settle into their budget hotel in Black Hole Metropolis as Lord Viper, seeking clues as to where the Beekers are -- and to eliminate competition for Page's favor -- stalks them.
EMPEROR PAGE'S MONSTERS
The Monsters that Emperor page sends as spies to Black Hole Metropolis to kidnap G-2 and Gertrude and eliminate everyone else.
Rolf: Strictly a let’s get the job done type he is the Alpha of the three.
Goo: a warmhearted monster, Goo is the Beta of the team.
Octo: the middle-tempered monster.
All three were previously scientists before falling out of favor with Page. Banished to the dungeon after having been transformed into their horrible forms. They agree to go on the mission to get their human bodies back which Page has promised them if they are successful. Goo is bossed around by Rolf and even Octo. Goo pines for his wife who lives in SnowTown which is the outer regions of Black Hole Metropolis.
The monsters fight attacking Kaiju on their yellow submarine on their way to Black Hole Metropolis.
