Emperor Page's right hand man and mad-scientist/security chief.

Peskavus is terrified of the tyrant Page, and is in love with Hiro, who hates him (he designed Hiro's mining suit). A schemer who always has high level plans, including betraying Page, he is one of the main antagonists of the story. He struggles with moral choices, usually choosing to be bad!
